“As I have limited mobility I rely on the lift that goes between the floors, so I can access the wash basins. Unfortunately whilst I was having my hair washed the lift stopped working; I was just about able to climb the stairs, very slowly and painfully - plenty of assistance was offered by staff; and two of the male staff members kindly carried my mobility scooter up the stairs. I hope they manage to get the lift sorted out, so this can be avoided in future.”
